This blog post will be different, it won't be about Fashion Tips, or Beauty it will be about being positive and mindset.
Not sure if you know but in my job I'm part of a "Wellness Committee" and I write a lot about Health, Well-being etc and I thought I could share with you some of my thoughts.
It is important to do what makes us happy, It is important that our soul is happy, as they say "Happy Mind, Happy Soul".
Does it happens to you sometimes that you find yourself in a situation or a time where you don't feel like doing anything, you are not motivated or inspired. It happens to us all that not always we are able to look at things in a positive way.
Today I would like to share with you what has helped me to go through rough time and what is helping me to be motivated.
Everyone has a difficult moment in their lives. The difference is how we deal with it.
I have learned or at least I'm working towards to deal with difficult situations without being all the time down.
Most of the time when we are down, we look and spend our energy of thinking what we don't have, what others have and we end up comparing ourselves and being upset. We forget what we have we take it for granted.
What helps me, was to start writing a Gratitude Journal every day. I call it "Happiness Journal", where every morning and night I will write what I'm thankful for. First it is actually difficult task but as you get used to it you realize that we should be happy for everything and it doesn't matter how big or small it is. When you are writing your gratitude list, you are shifting your feelings and thoughts to positive energy and it will just set you up for the day.
I will also suggest find place either is in your house preferable outside either when you are walking, your favorite place on the beach wherever you feel it is your own space and makes you happy. Look beyond yourself to the abundance and beauty in the natural world around you. I love ocean so my favorite place is on the beach. I love to just not think, just breathe, feel the sunshine or a rain, feel the wind, touch the sand whatever it is for you, just enjoy all that the nature has to offer. This helps me not to think, it helps me to switch off my mind.
Thinking about the little things in life that bring us joy and happiness.
Mindfulness is about focusing in this moment on how you feel, being with our thoughts as they are and being more conscious of life as it happens.
I used to think too much that I could not enjoy anything. I was worried of blogging, work, family matters everything. I have learned to step back, I have learned to listen my body and my soul what they need. It may take time but remember we are human, we may fall back first, but the important thing is we are aware of our mistakes and we learned from it.
When you take time to think of what you want, what are your goals, and with mind set, you can work towards your goal. If it helps have a journal, monthly / daily / yearly planner, visualizing board, whatever helps you make it work for you. Learn to listen your mind, you will get more inspired.
I had a break but this doesn't mean I stopped blogging, or I don't like it anymore. I just needed a time to find myself and what I want. Now with my mind set I'm more than happy to start writing again. If it helps me to inspire one person it is worth for me.
Remember nothing changes unless you do, so face your fear of change, embrace the strange, uncomfortable feeling of uncertainty and take action.
I am more than inspired and I have planned my blog post in advance as I have so many outfit inspiration or beauty tips to write about and can't wait to share it with you all.
